Like my annoying younger sister....she says she "just can't" read. Umm yeah you can read, you just have the attention span of a goldfish.

I hate it more when people try to talk to you in the middle of reading, or come over and push up your book so they can see the cover.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yea, that's annoying too.

I got this the other day. Person1: "What are you reading?" Me: "Pride and Prejudice." P1: "Oooh. Deep." Me: "Not really. They're all pretty shallow." P2: "What is she reading?" P1: "Pride and Prejudice. Have you ever read it?" P2: "Haha, no." P1: "Yeah, no one else ever has." Shut up. Go away.

Haha, I don't do quite the deep reading you do, but lately I've gotten a lot of- P: What're you reading M: Deathly Hallows P: What's that? M: Harry Potter P: Which one? M: Seventh P: Is that the last one? M: Yes One person actually asked 'is that the eighth? ninth? tenth?' and went on to insinuate the Rowling was going to write more to make more money. But, yeah, this whole conversation got old not because I expect everyone to know all about HP, but because I don't how they missed the commercials and posters, but still feel the need to ask me. All while I'm trying to enjoy my book.

That is so annoying!

Yeah, one girl came up to me while I was reading, pushed the book against my chest so she could read the title and I couldn't see the book at all (so I also lost my place), took forever to do it, and then started questioning me about it. Didn't get the hint that I wanted her to leave, either.

Something similar happened to me.I was at lunch, and my 'friend' took the book, read the back,DROPPED IT IN HER PIZZA and threw it back at me. It was a library book, and its ruined. She can barely even read >_<

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Ouch. Yeah, my best friend has stolen my book when she felt I was ignoring her. She was nicer about it though. Another girl stole it and forgot she took it.Then I was more annoyed.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Ugh! I really do hate it when people come between me and my book.

LOL HOW CN U STND READIN/1/4/1/$?!?413/ I don't read often because I don't like to, but I don't really care if you read instead of watch television or go on the computer... And you shouldn't care if I watch television on go on the computer, either... Please take it in mind that us television watchers and computer goers don't like being teased for doing those activities, either. Everybody should shut the fuck up and do whatever the hell makes them happier.

Why so serious?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Would've been better to say, "U mad?"

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah. How the hell are you even supposed to answer that? Haha

by Anonymous 13 years ago

God, yes! All my friends aren't into reading, and they keep pestering me about it.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

they need to find a good book and accept the fact that unless they're blind, illiterate, etc. then it's not "Physically impossible" for them to read
