Been there. My exam got "coffee spilled on it" and I had to take the newer, harder version... On a Saturday.

Back in grade 3 I had a sub teacher who asked us what the currency Switzerland was using. Having gone there 3 months earlier I replied francs but he said it was wrong even after I argued for like, 30 minutes. He gave a gold star to a classmate that said euros instead. I was pissed.
