I think part of it has to do with the stricter rules in school. If you punch one kid you're out for good, unlike the good ol' days where they let kids settle things out. So people resort to mentally harassing others instead.

Pretty soon people will be able to sue others for thinking bad thoughts. And not to mention, criminals are suing victims. I don't know how that even works.

Its happened a lot. Like the time when a burglar broke into someone's house, and tripped and hurt himself. He sued the house owner successfully. Or the other time when someone had a heart attack,a bystander preformed CPR and saved his life. The one with the heart attack sued his savior for "not doing it right". Also when a drunk driver killed a kid, and sued his parents for it. I have plenty of other examples like that. It's really sad to see how evil humanity is.

Like you can go to prison for assault with a deadly weapon by spitting on someone. Usually it would be assault for them, for kicking your fucking ass

I'm not saying violence is the answer. I'm saying that years ago, if someone called you a name you would fight for 3 seconds and then be friends again. And yes, a little fighting is better than suicide.
