Maybe she just doesn't want to, or she does and just hasn't...and I agree with ArtisticBroccoli. Small towns have small guy populations, and many are not worth hugging for various reasons.

How is that possible?! Everyone around me just hugs eachother when they see eachother.Like even after a day of not seeing someone we just hug to say hi.I've hugged so many guys--even guys I don't know as a way to say hi

Nah, I think it's okay. I don't hug my guy friends. I don't really like to. I find it awkward. It's just my personality I guess. I only hug a guy if he is a relative or my boyfriend. Don't feel like you NEED to hug guys because that means you're comparing yourself to other girls too much.
