We are aloud to have gay clubs and African-American clubs and Asian-American clubs but the second you suggest a straight club or a caucasian club it becomes discrimination. amirite?

Allowed, fuck. The cool new thing needs to be paying attention and learning in school so kids actually start to. People are more concerned with getting their 'always correct' opinions out instead of bettering their minds.

So? That doesn't mean anything. Just because I happen to be white doesn't mean I'm racist. Just because there are fewer people your race/ disposition doesn't grant you more rights. Anyway, not that I really care, I just think it's stupid of society.

All I know is that there is a bi, lesbian, gay, rowing club that won't accept straight members. Imagine if you started a straight only rowing team. It's a double-standard.

I think because majority of people in some countries are white, and a majority of people everywhere is straight, so having a club specifically for them is sort of well... redundant since you'll be friends with those type of people anyways so going out to meet some on a daily/weekly/monthly basis is stupid. Plus, those clubs are for that type of persons culture or orientation, so it wouldn't make much sense for a "white club" considering there's many different types of "white". Plus a "straight club" would be stupid considering us straight people don't get harassed or need support from others of our orientation because we get teased for being what we are or need help "coming out" and whatever.

I've never heard of a legitimate white club, but I'm positive it wouldn't be considered discrimination. There's no point to a straight club.

the club itself can't legally discriminate, i think. because i know at my school at least, if you're white, but wanna join the filipino club, they have to let you. only people usually don't do that because why would you wanna join a filipino club if you're not filipino?

A girl at my old high school tried starting a 'caucasion' club. She got expelled for being racist blah blah blah. I fucking shit you not. Ridiculous. I feel like there is loads of scholarships open to every other race besides white, yet I haven't heard of one for just white students. I could be wrong, there might be one. But I haven't heard of any and if there is was to be one, it would be "racist". Honestly, I feel like lately, it's been deemed that if you are technically racist towards white people, that it's not racist. As if you can't possibly be considered racist because only white people are racist or something. Which, in itself, is extremely racist.

My dumb as shit Ethiopian roomate had a scholarship SOLELY for being brown. She was on academic probation and getting paid for it while I was on the deans list and psychology honor society and didn't get a cent despite being from a single-parent home, just because I'm a whitey. This bullshit doesnt make up for slavery, and it really doesn't make sense to give $ to an African girl whos family had only been in the US for 20yrs and who's father was a former diplomat
