Michael Vick should die in a pot of acid.

He did his time. Forgive and move on.

I don't think he should get one yet.. but eventually yes he should be able too. I mean, it's not like he's going to abuse another dog after all of this.

His two young daughters desperately want a dog and he has to stand there and tell them "no" because of something he did. He served 21 months of jail time, 2 months of additional house arrest, lost tens of millions of dollars, and fell into bankruptcy. Now you want to portray him as a bad father? He served his time and he has shown his remorse. Get over it.

hindsight is always 20/20. He's only sorry for it because he got caught. He regrets being CAUGHT, not murdering the dogs. if he was never caught, he'd still be doing it, you and I both know that. He KNEW it was wrong, yet he did it anyway. While I don't think his job in the NFL should be taken away from him, I do believe that no second chances should be given. It's the only way to ensure he never does it again, after all.

Do you honestly believe he would ever go back to dogfighting? He wants to have a dog as a pet for his two daughters, not breed dogs for a gambling ring.

Do I believe he would ever do it again? No. It's just the fact that he knew it was wrong the whole time he did it, but didn't care. Murderers don't deserve a second chance, the victim being either person or animal.

If a person learns and grows from his or her mistakes, he or she deserves a second chance. All people are inherently good.

Like I said, he's regretful because he was caught, not because it was wrong. I feel bad for his kids, but you know it's his own fault.

He now understands that it is wrong, though. Twenty one months in a jail cell gives you a lot of time to think about your life. He has learned and grown from his mistakes.

I think it's not worth the risk. Noone can say for sure if he is truly sorry/is only sorry that he's caught. But I don't think it's worth the risk to the dog. The only way to make sure he doesn't do it again is to not allow him to have a dog o: And not getting your daughters a dog when they want one doesn't make you a bad father.

There's no way in hell he would every do it again. Whether he's sorry or not, he can't be stupid enough to do it after all of the media attention he's got. Whether you support him or not, how is he supposed to prove to people that he's different if he can't own his own dog?

Having a dog isn't allowed per the terms of his probation. As soon as he's off probation, he can have a dog again regardless of if he learned his lesson or not.
