+394 It's difficult explaining why you are attracted to or simply just like a certain person. You just DO. Explaining that would be like defining the taste of water or air, amirite?

Exactly.

It's also hard to explain because everyone has different preferences.

cos they're hot?

Water and air are tasteless, and sexual attraction can definitely be explained, so no that's not a good comparison

Oh, so when you drink water you literally have no taste in your mouth? Water has a taste, it tastes different from wherever you get it, it tastes like water

I might be wrong, but I think that it tasting different from different places is because of stuff that they either put in the water, or the packaging (if it's a water bottle), how clean it is, etc.

No, water is a tasteless (and odorless) substance. If the water contains impurities (like fluorine, minerals, pipe metals, etc), it can take on a taste, but the water itself does not have a taste.
