+209 We should call people from the U.S.A. "United Statesians" instead of "Americans" because aren't Canadians as American as the French are Europeans, amirite?

U.S.A.= United States of America. Americans.

America is the only country that has the word "America" in it's name. Say "North Americans" or "South Americans" if you want to talk about everyone.

How about "US citizens"?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Yeah, but not everyone is a citizen... and I mean you can say a Japan citizen or Japanese.

Someone is an envious Canadian, eh?

Canada isn't in America. It's in North America. Kinda like how there's a country called South Africa and the continent is just Africa. But vice versa.

I understand this post but the name United Statesians sucks

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Because it's not the United Canada of America...It's not in their name

-USasians -US citizens Best two so far

It usually seems to be Europeans who say these things, when it's not even their continent.
