I'll agree actually. Being an avid player myself, only those who REALLY know what it means to play Table Tennis know what it's like. Maybe not the 'most' physically demanding, but definitely moreso than people seem to think.

i wrestle and play ping pong (table tennis). Of the two, table tennis is the hardest haha
