The first stall is statisticlly the cleanest because most people avoid it because they feel it would be the dirtiest and that it doesn't give them anouth privacy since its so close to the door.

MANswers answered this as well. The first stall is the cleanest, the middle/second stall is the worst and the last one is a balance of nasty/clean.
