+201 Not ALL kids who drink before they're 21 are necessarily "bad kids", amirite?

I don't think any person under 21 should be seen as 'bad' because they drink.

Well, legal ages differ in countries, even if it is by 1 year or 5. You can't say someone here in Canada who drinks legally at 19 is a bad kid just because we have different rules.

It's different throughout Canada too. Here in Alberta, 18 is the legal age for drinking.

I knew there were different ages for alcohol, but I didn't know which exact provinces/territories have different legal ages than Ontario, which is where I live.

I'm in the US, so I should wait until I'm 21. But I'm only 19 and I'll admit to drinking but I'm not an idiot with it. I don't go to huge house parties, you will never see me in a frat party, I don't do it so people can publicly see me (facebook pictures/bragging to strangers/walking around drunk). When I do drink I act like an adult: I drink mostly in small social gatherings, I don't get trashy, and I don't drink just to get drunk. I love just having a few glasses of wine at dinner, or just a few drinks with friends. The problem is that a lot of people my age aren't that responsible with it so they have to raise the drinking age here.
