+359 For all the money that the school has, you think that they would be able to supply you with nice tissues, amirite?

Uh not all schools have money. Have you not heard about people complaining about budget cuts at their schools?

exactly!

My school had a major cut in the budget and still they're giving each teacher (there are about 400 teachers in my school) a new $2000 tablet, brand new projectors for every classroom (when the old ones work just fine), a brand new (huge) auditorium, and a new gym (when we already have 3 other ones).

i guess your school wasnt effected by budget cuts

Apparently it was, because a good number of teachers were laid off, and they're offering less electives this year (they cut things like sculpture, ceramics, filmmaking, etc). But they still won't get us nice enough tissues.

My teachers just give us the rolls of toilet paper from the bathrooms, and those are like sandpaper.

The students have to bring them at my school

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I've actually never been to a school where you didn't have to bring them yourself.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

because schools have a lot of money.

The teachers have to provide them at my school, so usually they make us bring it in....sometimes for extra credit.
