"Until now" Implying that the thought was in your head for quite some time. "Just thinking" Implying that the thought just popped in to your head. Good try on the sarcasm, too bad your comment makes no grammatical sense.

Kso. "Until now" doesn't imply a length of time besides that I was no longer thinking the thought as of that moment. "Just" has a number of meanings, that wasn't the one I meant. My point still stands, even if the grammar is totally horrifically inaccurate and no one can even slightly tell what I'm talking about.

"Until now" implies only a definite ending time, and an indefinite time before that ending time. For example, until now, we weren't having this conversation. "Just now" indicates a time in which whatever event the word is mentioned in is immediately subsequent. For example, we just started having this conversation. For it to mean anything else time-related, it's a modifier. For example, I'm currently listening to a song I just discovered the other day. You didn't make a point, you belittled my input on a website based entirely around user input. Anyone with half a brain can still make out what you said, it's just bad enough that I can dick around with you about it.
