i like my nails to look pretty, and I like wearing nail polish, but I rarely do because I find the process so annoying, messy, and time-consuming.

It's a pain in the ass... I usually only do it if I'm already mind-numbingly bored and can't get my creative writing juices flowing.

Until you mess up that one freaking nail and there's nothing you can do to fix it. Then that poorly painted nail just seems to be a thousand times more noticeable and ruins everything.

Do a couple extra coats (if you only have one), let it dry and peel it. Simple.

I only disagree because I completely suck at painting my own nails and end up really frustrated by the time I'm done.

It's always a really emotional experience for me. I mess up on one nail, then I spill nail polish trying to fix it, then mess it up again cleaning up the nail polish.

Hmm i guess it depends on the person. I am artsy so i like painting and putting designs on my nails..idk i think its fun and you can be creative with it :)

Once I tried to paint my toenails at a friend's birthday party and got so frustrated that I ended up painting the whole front half of my foot.
