Girls get their "time of the month," can get pregnant, have to give birth, and guys have pretty much nothing but sex. amirite?

Unless the guy is a douchebag he'd at least have to join in on raising the child which is probably the most important part but i see what you mean :)... (+1)

girls cant get random embarrassing boners, and, they can't get hit in the balls which can feel like giving birth if theyre hit hard enough

That's not even close to same amount of pain. Plus giving birth lasts a LONG time. Also, boners don't last every minute of every day of the week and bleed through your clothes and give you terrible cramps.

I think that if that is the case, every time a girl gets her period (with cramps, which SUCK), she should be able to kick a guy in the balls. that still probably isn't as bad as the added pain of a period every month (best way to ruin a week), getting pregnant and giving birth. If it is, then you can tell me who has it worse.

Hmmm.... Well, at least girls kinda have an idea of when we'll get TOM and you can mostly cover it up and everyone is sympathetic but when a guy gets a boner, he has no idea when it will happen, it's fairly obvious and he gets made fun of so... And also the guy is the one who mostly gets blamed for things going wrong in a relationship...
