"I'm a singer, but right now I work in retail." Oh, so you WANT to be a singer, amirite?
by Anonymous13 years ago
? Someone can't sing because they're not making money?
by Anonymous13 years ago
im a basket ball player but right now i work in retail
by Anonymous13 years ago
Singing doesn't have to be a career. Many people sing as a hobby.
by Anonymous13 years ago
@1027995 (shorkian): I just think that if you're going around and saying that you're a singer, you should be singing as a career because that's how most people will take it and I pretty sure that's even how she meant it.
She didn't even go to an arts school or anything, she just called herself a singer and then added, "But I work in retail right now."
by Anonymous13 years ago
Meh, I guess you have a good point, though being a singer has nothing to do with Art School.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Arts school. Wouldn't that be a performing art? D;
by Anonymous13 years ago
Yes, singing is a Performing Art, and anyone capable of it shouldn't waste their time at Art school.

person who bikes is a biker,
person who dances is a dancer,
person who fucks is a fucker,
person who sings......works in retail?
by Anonymous13 years ago
Vocalists can do anything they like but it doesn't make them less of a vocalist.

im a basket ball player but right now i work in retail
by Anonymous13 years ago
stfu ppl heard you and no one cares.
by Anonymous13 years ago
i wanted both people who said the same thing to get the same notification, stfu
by Anonymous13 years ago
you sound conceited. Why would you like to tell everyone you are a basketball player? unless you're in the big leagues, I don't think that's appropriate to tell people without sounding like a attention whore.
by Anonymous13 years ago
You could say the same thing about someone who says they are a singer. The way it's said makes it seem like you're stating a profession, but it's just a hobby. Thus, making a singer sound like an attention whore, too.
by Anonymous13 years ago
see post above he made ^^^
It pisses me off, makes him seem like a phony trying to hog attention.
by Anonymous13 years ago
I think he's trying to make a point. That saying "I'm a basketball player, but I currently work in retail" is the equivalent of "I'm a singer, but I currently work in retail." IMO, both equally annoying.
by Anonymous13 years ago
probably not implied to ridicule it... prob just said it because he also plays basketball and that this post related to him in some way. .__.
still kinda annoying.
by Anonymous13 years ago
FIRST OF ALL im a female and i *dont* play basketball, dont assume. seriously, how do you not understand i was using an example for the post, especially, "but i work in retail right now"
by Anonymous13 years ago
stfu, seemed like attention hogging.
sad, you kept quiet until someone came to your rescue.
by Anonymous13 years ago
its called im not on here 24 hours of the day dipshit, it only seemed like attention hogging to a dumb ass like you
by Anonymous13 years ago
why would you have the need to repeat the same stupid comment twice?
how is that not attention hogging.
by Anonymous13 years ago
lol you said i was attention hogging because im trying to show off my basket ball skills, dont change your reasoning. and how IS that attention hogging, i wanted two people who said the same things to get the same response. now shut up, meg.
by Anonymous13 years ago
"you sound conceited. Why would you like to tell everyone you are a basketball player? unless you're in the big leagues, I don't think that's appropriate to tell people without sounding like a attention whore." dont try to change your reasoning now.
by Anonymous13 years ago
I can't use more reason to justify my argument against you?
and wtf meg? you're pretty funny you stupid little slut, acting all superior.
I'm not changing my reasoning, I'm just adding more.
and I am still calling you an attention hogger, when did I try to change my point?
now suck my dick dumb bitch.-__-
by Anonymous13 years ago
youre a terrible stupid troll
by Anonymous13 years ago
you're*
and does that mean you give up? ;]
well to be honest when the other person said that what you said was a joke, it seemed alright, but you posted it twice and that got me a little peeved. Then you just started dissing me.
by Anonymous13 years ago
uhh you started dissing me by saying i was an attention hog. and no, it means ive decided youre a troll because no real person is this stupid.
by Anonymous13 years ago
That's nice, but to post something 2 times IS attention hogging, is it not?
then you went and called me Meg, that's when I started getting pissed.
But yeah, I get what you were doing after ^^^^ guy said it, but then you just started dissing around.
by Anonymous13 years ago
She said it twice to make a point. It would be attention hogging if it actually were true. But it's not and she wanted to make sure that both parties she responded to would see the post in a different way.
Stop giving me notifications by arguing with her.
