It's a little annoying when people who are very overweight say "I love my body and I'm not gonna change." I mean it's great that you have self confidence, but it's still not healthy, amirite?

If you look at the numbers overweight isn't really that fat, when they're only a little overweight they don't desperately need to lose weight. But I agree with what you're saying.
