To an extent, yes. Obviously with paedophiles and naive 12 year olds(not all 12 year olds, just the naive ones), it's not just a number. If you mean all relationships with a significantly large age gap, then no. My parents started dating when my mom was 19 and my dad was 32, and they've been together for 25 years.
