The wheel is the entire thing. Tires are the rubber part, and tire is mounted on the RIM which is then attached to the axle. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rim_(wheel) Also, don't confuse rims with hubcaps. Those are also two different things.

Note the ellipses. What the poster is really saying, is that they can tell if a black person drives a car "whether it's a really nice car with huge rims and chrome everywhere or it's a complete piece of shit". Meaning whether it's a good car or a bad car, they can tell. I mean clearly, that's highly unlikely that OP can tell, but you're still not reading it correctly. Which amazes me.

When you quote something, leave a part out, then continue it, you're suppose to use ellipses. Which is why I used them, because the part I left out was irrelevant to the point I was trying to make (from original comment) If your trying to troll, you're about as bad as me at it. Point blank, if I see a really nice car with huge rims and chrome everywhere OR one thats a complete piece of shit, then the driver is always black I don't even have to look. It's a pretty self explanatory post. There's no other way to look at it. I only disagree because black people drive other types of cars, and other races drive these types as well.

The problem with your quote is that in didn't include the statement about the chrome car, and your quote made it sound like the person was saying "lol all black people drive shit cars". The chrome car piece was not irrelevant. OP is not saying black people only drive chrome cars with huge rims or piece of shit cars, OP is saying that whether it's a chrome car, a piece of shit car, or whatever, they can tell if a black person drives it.

I don't agree with the post, but how can you call it racist? The poster certainly doesn't hate blacks, they're just saying they can identify a car as being owned by a black person if they see it, which, although unlikely, is not hateful in any way.

I saw a white guy with a pick up truck that had hydraulics (sp?), halfway down the highway the hydraulics gave out and the bottom of his pick up crashed to the ground and he kept driving it with the bottom half scraping on the highway. So yea...trashy whitey.

They didn't give out. People do that intentionally to make sparks. The bottom of the trucks have blocks that keep the inside of the trucks from getting mest up. They have competitions for this.
