It's pretty good if you don't mind gangs everywhere, the binge drinking culture, the child abuse statistics and the crappy local television (Shortland Street is the worst show in existence)

Considering the rest of the worlds statistics it's still pretty sweet. For example in NZ you hear of all the people who are murdered, in other places thats not possible. (Agreed on Shrorty street though)

Ugh. Shortland street. Ew. And the gangs are only in South + West Auckland, Gisborne and a little bit of Christchurch. As for Binge drinking, heh, yep, that's true.
