+222 When I don't want to finish the little teeny bit of my sandwhich, it's not because I don't care about the starving children around the world. It's not like if I eat it they will get it, and they definitely don't care if I throw it away either, amirite?

Throw it away, it could feed a hobo in your own country.

The idea is that if you hadn't bought it, then some starving child could have had it. Therefore, since you're already depriving them of food, you might as well make the most of it. Or something. The logic doesn't make much sense, I know.

If we all cleaned our plates, our homeless people won't have bits to eat from the garbage later.

Is "sandwhich" the new way to spell "sandwich"? I've seen it a lot around the internet and even a bit in real life.

I understand why people say this but it always sort of annoys me. Anytime someone says it to me I just hand them the rest of my food and tell them to send it to Africa.
