Yes, actually. More Texas than Iowa, but many folks have grandparents in Iowa.

I got your point, but just to let you know, it wasn't a yes or no question. I guess you can tell to some extent by the ruling party in the state... there tends to be more Republicans in states with ancient people or at least in my experience

That's why politicians have to be very careful while campaigning in Florida. It has a high population of elderly people who would like this like Social Security and Medicare. I have grandparents that retired there.
