In Arabic you say "saha" after they cough or sneeze. It's like a bless you for coughing.

My friends think they're so cool because they say "Sneezles!" after someone sneezes and "Coughy" after someone coughs. I can't stand it.

You can say "Bless You" after someone sneezes, coughs or hiccups...usually people just ask if ur alright if its a particularly violent coughing fit

are you ok? the only time i say something is when someone sneezes. i think its kind of rude to say "excuse you" after someone farts or burps

You need a drink of water?

haha right after I got to "amirite?", my sister coughs. My whole family says "Jesu" after someone coughs, but my friends don't, so I usually get a weird look after saying "Jesu" when they cough.

I say 'oh my goodness' in a high pitched mommy voice no matter how old they are

You do that to?!
