I'm from Minnesota and I definitely don't have an accent the only thing different is that we say pop instead of soda.

Well in Colorado they say pop. And anyways, in minnesota we say -ag differently, like in bAG, drAGon, wAGon, tAG. It's really weird...I'm not sure how to explain it
