I have to write 8 essays in 6 days for one class, a scrapbook of world war II , and an independent science expirment. The only class I don't have homework for right now is gym.

You're being kind of a bitch. I bet it wouldnt be so hard if you had started those essays on time. I SERIOUSLY doubt he gave you that kind of assignment with only six days. It sounds to me like you procrastinate. You'll look back at this and wish high school was all you had to deal with.

It kind of depends on what you're involved in, because I'll admit, the double band competition + swim meet + AP project weekends were harder than any college project + work weekends.

I do agree that high school can get pretty hectic but my brothers told me stories about how he's been on campus from 7am until 10pm on a Friday :/ Compared to that, high school doesn't seem so bad

by Anonymous 12 years ago

been there.

uhm, yeah... Most people I know going to college are taking over 12 units so they can graduate in 4 years (more than full time school), working at least 20 hours and have their own bills to pay. High school can be rough but I feel like it was barely a preparation for living on your own.

Ah huh...enjoy the real world when it hits you like a wet fish.

ITT: Butthurt teenagers who think their lives are difficult, which it isn't. Before you ask, I'm 17 and in highschool too

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Yeah, when your decisions are sitting in the front seat or the back seat. I can see this being hell

To be fair, you're on amirite, facebook, and probably youtube most of the time you're at home which could be spent doing your work. If you have time for these activities, I highly doubt your workload is overwhelming.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Yeah, just wait until you get to college, or become a parent. High school is nothing to complain about

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Yeah, I remember those days. Between facebook, youtube, fighting with my parents, taking naps, and amirite, I was always absolutely crunched for time. I'm so glad I'm in college now, I just write papers all the time, it's a piece of cake.
