+57 The last Twilight book is going to be two movies? There was hardly enough material in there to make one measly episode of a thirty-minute sitcom, amirite?

I was kinda happy when they split Harry Potter, because I liked those books and thought they cut to much out. But then then did it to Twilight, The Hunger Games, and The Hobbit. Now I'm not quite so thrilled with the idea.

Harry Potter, fine. Breaking dawn, hell no! I've never actually read any of the books, but unless every male human I know is a dirty liar, they all suck.

It's 700-and-something pages. I'm sure in all those pages there's more than enough for two movies. Not to mention there is a major transformation halfway through, making the movies a Before and an After. They did the same thing with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, which was 700-and-something pages in the US but only 600-and-something in the UK. This is just another "I hate Twilight; I'm so cool!!1!"

It actually makes sense for it to be two movies, because the first half of the book and second half have two separate conflicts, and each has its own buildup, climax, and resolution.
