It's nice to be sympathetic, but when you're saying that you won't let yourself be happy because of a something wrong in someone else's life is a little overboard. Your being unhappy won't change their happiness, amirite?

Well I can see where you're coming from, I can also see the other side. I just found out something terrible happened to my sister. Now everytime I start feeling happy I get this guilty feeling. How can I be happy when her life is so awful? It just seems wrong.

Aww, I'm sorry about your sister (whatever happened) :/ I can understand, because of the date it was posted it was recent...but at least you're not letting yourself not be happy. I mean, guilt is natural, whether you caused it or not.
