Well, you don't have to admit to everything. You just couldn't lie. If someone asked you something you don't want to answer, you could just say "I'd rather not say" It's the truth. Also, I'm guessing some people wouldn't ask certain questions in fear of being asked the same. "Do you masturbate?" for example.
