It kind of takes away the excitement. You already know the sex, eye color, hair color etc. When she actually has the baby, it's not a surprise.

I actually think it's pretty impossible. There are so many different combinations of traits that it'd be nearly impossible to really predict what your kid would look like. But, that's still kinda interesting.

by the time we have kids, there will be so many body changes and enhances going on that it won't matter.
