Unless it's an 800 number or one of those weird ones where if you pick up, the payment for the call goes on your bill and its super expensive....also not when it's some creepy stalker.

It's always a Spanish telemarketer calling so I've stopped picking up. There's only so many times you can say "No habla espanol. I don't understand what you want. Stop calling me." before you start swearing.
