I hit YYA because I used to think the same thing; that it was just in cartoons. Then I actually slipped on one. lol. So it is actually possible. Just not likely.

i also hit YYA because I used to.. i guess im not completly postive now but someone told me someone slipped on a banana on the stairs at school xD

I've slipped on one and placed peels around for friends to slip on them numerous times.

i slipped on a banana peel once before. It was embarrassing. I kept walking and pretended it didnt happen.

They tried it in Myth busters, and they didn't slip unless something was there to help then slip
