I think it depends... Someone from another country studying foreign politics and my country would probably have a better understanding than I do. But your common person, no.

True. This is mainly referring to people who complain about what a country's doing with little understanding of what the government and people are going through.

So are you saying we shouldn't take measures to correct abusive and tyrannical governments and try to save the people from these types of situations? Okay. All I'm saying is that we have a right to our opinion and encouraging other governments to do the moral and humane thing is in no way wrong.

I'm not talking about general things, more like when someone in one country is being lectured about their own country's history and economy and it's effects when they're not the ones who live through it every day and have had it drilled into them since they were young. It's mainly when someone from a foreign country thinks they have the right to lecture the native that's the issue.

World's a lot more open. For example,you don't have to be from Syria to be able to say the government needs to change its policies and make a cease fire priority.
