nope, I've gotten a lot of hidings in my life. I just don't think people get to discipline others children in any way. That's the parents' responsibility.

I just had a conversation like this with my sister the other day. We were discussing children, and she said "if your kids put one toe out of line, I'mma slap 'em silly,"to which I asked "but would you hit your own kids?" She casually replied "Well, no. I mean, they're my kids."

If it's the only means of controlling them. Like, parents should be the only ones to dish out discipline after the act, but if a child is going crazy and being a brat, a teacher or something should be allowed to hit them to get them to stop.
