Speed limit changes are frustrating but they're there for a reason.

The reason is the sign painters got bored of painting the same number and decided to mix it up. They then had to find a place to stick their custom-made signs.

Yeah, but for safety reasons it would probably be a very slow speed limit. Its not safe to drive 80 on all parts of the interstate.
