I'm pretty sure a girl's stomach wouldn't turn blimp style on the first day she's pregnant. maybe after the 3/4 month?

Yeah, that's true, but the joke makes more sense when you say 9 months, because then the other person can assume it's pregnancy.

no, If I have someone on my FB then I know them in real life and know who has kids and who doesn't. Facebook isn't some sort of bar where you go in and try and pick up every girl you meet. It is a social network, it is supposed to be for maintaining and organizing existing relationships.
