Late comment is late, I know, but if you are what you eat, then ... You eat beef, you are now a cow. As a cow, you eat grass, and now you are grass. As grass you 'eat' sunshine and water.

You are what you eat. Not you are what you indirectly eat. Not you are what is at the far most bottom of the food chain. And if we're talking about food like that, then the sunshine eats the gases it's made of. Those gasses are created by the big bang. We are all, therefore, the big bang. Lol, I just had a thought. If god created those gases, we are all gods :D
