-73 It's disappointing when you think your cat is pregnant because her belly looks big but then she just poops a lot all at once and she looks normal again, amirite?

what the heck???

My cat ran away this week, but I found her at the animal shelter. Her belly was all fat, and I love kittens, so I was happy. Then, she pooped. A lot. She looks normal again :(

You really should get your cat fixed...it's good for their health, plus it prevents any unwanted kittens. Despite being adorable, kittens are a lot of work, especially when there's a big litter. Not to mention the heartbreak that goes along with having to give most of them away, as having so many cats can be costly(food, vet bills, getting them fixed to prevent more kittens, et cetera), and depending on where you live, against the rules. Not trying to be a downer, I love kittens, just trying to be realistic.

Okay sorry to step all over your carefully-worded comment, but she IS fixed because where I live you can't adopt a cat from a shelter without it being fixed. I did, however, consider the possibility that perhaps her paperwork had gotten mixed up with another cat's paperwork so that's where to confusion stemmed from.

I was dissecting a cat in anatomy and it looked pregnant and we got all excited, then we cut it open and it's intestines were just full of crap.
