Well there is a history on Youtube now, where you can see all the videos you've watched on your account from a certain point.

I once got on such a random tangent on YouTube that I went from a makeup application video, to human botfly removal from a dog's snout.... It was very strange. Even stranger that it didn't bother me at the time. You get in kind of an Internet coma, you know?
