They actually did that where I live. It was a Twilight-themed blood drive in the Walmart parking lot waiting for the DVD to come out.

It would be funny if the only way to get into the movie was to donate blood. "One ticket for Twilight please." "Admission is by blood donation only." "On second thought, one ticket for Harry Potter please."
