I wouldn't call those bands metal. Metal is Judas Priest, Metallica, Megadeth. Badass, and not easily mistaken for "emo."

Well just like the word gay used to mean happy and now means homosexual. Faggot has moved from a gay bashing word to a word to describe anyone as a dumbass or a sensitive girl. I'm a huge music snob and I like post-hardcore, hardcore, metalcore, and such and it's hilarious when people who claim to like it don't even know what genre it really is. BVB are alright but ETF weren't that great to begin with but now they fucking blow without Ronnie. But I do agree that it pisses me off when people make fun of my beautiful music and don't give it a chance :/
