I've always thought this about TV as well. They should just have like a fifteen minute break after the show of commercials then start the next show.

I don't really watch playlists on youtube, though. I watch separate videos that don't really have anything to do with each other. But this could still work. For instance, right when you sign onto youtube there could be a 3-5 minute ad, and then every 2 or 3 videos there would be an ad.
