+307 Bristol Palin should not be the one promoting abstinence, that's like Chris Brown promoting healthy relationships or Snookie being the spokesperson in preventing skin cancer, amirite?

In thus case, I think she's using herself as a bad example. saying "If you have sex, you'll end up like Bristol Palin" is a great way to scare people into abstinence.

Who better to tell kids how much it sucks to be a teen mom than someone who's actually been a teen mom? It's like, if someone tells you how much it sucks to get stabbed, who are you more likely to take on their word? A man who's never so much as cut himself, but swears he's heard about how being stabbed hurts, or the guy with the huge knife sticking out of his ribcage?

I doubt it sucks for her as much as other teen moms. Especially with the amount of money she's making. And the help she's receiving. Let's hear from teen moms who REALLY suffered. Like female celebs before they got famous and rich.

oh my god.

It is a tad hypocritical but not the way she's promoting it. Shes trying to teach others by her 'mistake'.

Hypocritical would be if she was the spokeswoman for abstinence and THEN got pregnant. There's nothing at all hypocritical about a person who has sincerely learned from their mistake and simply wants to warn others off of making the same one.

If shes still having sex it's hypocritical.

More like "I have to, otherwise Mom won't give me money."
