I cant help but to want to offer advice. Take a cotton ball and add nail polish remover to it. Set the cotton ball on the nail and wrap in tin foil/aluminum foil. Wait about a minute or so and the glitter will come off on the cotton ball super easy if it is not already all on the cotton ball. However, glitter is the herpes of craft supplies.
