let's be honest. unless you're lady gaga, do you really have an outfit a duct tape purse would go with?

by Anonymous 14 years ago

why not? and i don't really care if my purse matches my outfit, i use it for function, not fashion

I used to make wallets and bags out of duct tape when I was younger.

I've made over a hundred dollars in the last couple months selling duct tape tote bags...

by Anonymous 14 years ago

How did you go about selling them? I haven't had much luck so far

I just started with a few friends, then it spread through the whole school, then to people's siblings and cousins, and then our school had a fundraiser for the school play so I sold them there, and now basically the whole town knows me as that chick who makes the duct tape bags. My uncle just bought one from me for his girlfriend IN JAPAN, and my friend's brother just got one for his girlfriend. It's a pretty good business.

I don't even use purses, I just think it'd be cool to own one... And I'm much too lazy to make one.

by Anonymous 14 years ago

Not to actually wear/use.

My friend made an awesome bag out of multicolored duct tape. I'd buy one.

yeah 5 years ago. . .

I never had a duct tape purse. I did, however, have a purse made completely out of empty Capri Sun pouches.

i wouldn't buy one made from duct tape, but i'd buy one made out of seat belts.
