+207 It's weird how people in the South are stereotyped as bigoted and intolerant, yet as having "Southern hospitality" at the same time, because they go against each other, amirite?

Yeah, but they're not Southern Hospitable to EVERYONE, only the people THEY like.

I'm Southern, and I'm pretty hospitable to everyone.

Yeah, but there's also a lot of people who aren't like you, you know, because you're not the majority of the population?

He is like the majority of the Southern population though. Most of them are hospitable to everyone.

*She :) @1326084 (KickAss): And most Southerners will be really nice to you unless you act like a douche to them. It's the same as any other place, really.

"Is that guy gone? Awesome, so any suggestions on how to kill him? Think he might be Jewish!"

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Pretty much. =/ It's sickening. Not all of them are like that, but the old ones are. They raised a confederate flag the last day of school, and not a soul got in trouble for it.

So did any gingers get in trouble?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

hahahahaha clever.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

No, it really isn't that weird. Being raised to use manners just makes you polite, and not necessarily a decent person. Manners can be quite superficial.
