Yeah, I hate the parents more than the kids. Like, usually I reckon that the individual is responsible for themselves, and can't blame their parents for the way they turned out, but if they're under 10, then I reckon the parents should pull their heads in.

Yes. I believe that at that age, it is the parents' job to instruct their children on proper behavior.
