Even though he says that loads of times, but this isn't really his best and only comeback. It may be in the movies, and when he was a kid, but he has other comebacks, which include: "OMG FAMOUS POTTER LOLOL YEAH" "LOLZ WEASLEY YOU'RE POOR" "YOUR MAMA'S FAT, WEASLEY" "YOUR MAMA'S DEAD, POTTER" "GRANGER YOU MUDBLOOD LOL" "LOLOL LONGBOTTOM YOU LOSER" "MY DAD'S IMPORTANT AND RICH AND A DEATH EATER AND SHIT." (well it was about his dad too i guess lol :P) And then there's those few comebacks who were actually good...
