They put all sorts of things into chocolate, like nougat, peanut butter, coconut, and caramel. So why is there not really a honey-filled chocolate bar? That would be delicious, amirite?

That would be disgusting. And it would get all sticky. And chocolate and honey taste horrible together. I think there was a Calvin and Hobbes comic where they were running away and Calvin packed only two sandwiches, one of which was honey and marshmallow. Hobbes didn't like it.
