yes he did both of those things, he involved us in the war in Libya because of oil. he also is starting us in on a war in Uganda as well now. his scandal? the birther scandal, he never showed his birth certificate until recently. Because he's heavily creatively involved with all of them (as a creator, director, actor, producer, and writer), and they all are profitable for the network, which means he's able to acquire a good portion of the money for himself. Mind-blowingly complex, I know.
