It's a much greater compliment to be called "interesting" than "hot", amirite?

Wait, why the hell are there so many people disagreeing with this? I thought the majority of people would choose a personality...or at least, I hoped.

I thought they were talking about looks still. You know, instead of saying you're ugly they say "oh, they're interesting" or "exotic."

I agree with the bear. Some one being called "interesting" is never meant as a compliment.

Not necessarily. A lot of times, people just genuinely interest you and you want to get to know them better. Not that "hot" isn't a great compliment, but to have a personality that keeps people engaged would be better in my opinion.
Although, depending on the tone, a lot of times it is meant as a soft insult.

I agree that being interesting is better, but being called "interesting" is not. I've never heard some say "They're interesting," and mean it as a good thing.

Oh, I've heard someone call someone else "interesting" in a genuine way, but it is quite rare

I should have clarified... I meant interesting as a personality trait, not interesting-looking. You don't want to be known as boring, do you?!!!

I, for one, would much rather have a personality than be considered 'hot'. And, I would like to be called beautiful rather than 'hot' or 'sexy'.
